CO2-Global AS is a management-owned project development company founded in Kongsberg, Norway in 2000.

The multinational Board of Directors and top management comprises of professional engineers and industrialists with extensive financial, commercial, technology and development experience from the power generation and energy sectors. The company;

- is focused on deploying projects, technology and commercial solutions for handling CO2 emissions in the 21st Century,

- has an experienced management team that has been developing CO2 projects for more than eight years,

- has an extensive network providing core expertise to develop commercial projects along the complete value-chain for CO2 from "conception-to-grave",

- is a recognised "early mover" with acquired Intellectual Property and a strategic position in the new market for clean power generation, decarbonisation of fossil fuels, and permanent solutions for avoiding CO2 emissions to the atmosphere,

- is commercialising technology and developing projects that will make a significant contribution to the reduction of CO2 emissions from the global fossil power generation sector, and

- may in the future through its projects, also produce substantial volumes of CO2 credits as offsets for CO2 that is not emitted to the atmosphere.
